Please contact our IKEA store Customer Service co-worker and leave your name, phone number, and Article Number. You will receive a text message once the item arrives at the store. Please note that the arrival notice indicates neither purchase nor reservation. Purchases are subject to on-site inventories.

    IKEA has strict regulations on formaldehyde. Besides using formaldehyde-free paints, we are also dedicated to lower formaldehyde emission in our glues. The formaldehyde in every IKEA wooden product is about half the EU’s E1 standard limits.

    Why does my newly opened furniture smell?
    IKEA 對於甲醛有嚴格的使用限制,符合安全標準,但木頭材質本身具有微量甲醛,由於商品製作完畢後直接包裝,密閉的包裝空間使甲醛無法消散,所以新品初次開封可能會有異味,只要在通風良好的環境下一段時間,異味就會消失,對身體健康無害。由於環境濕度過高也會影響異味揮發,若家中濕度較高,建議使用除濕機。
    IKEA has strict regulations on formaldehyde that meet safety standards. However, minor levels of formaldehyde may be left in the wood material. As our products were wrapped right after production, the formaldehyde can be trapped in the sealed packaging, and result in an odor when first opened. Simply air out the product in a well ventilated environment, the odor will disappear, and no harm is done to your body. Higher humidity in the environment also keeps odors from evaporating. Use a dehumidifier if you find it too humid at home.

    台灣氣候潮濕,持續的高濕狀態不但影響身體健康也容易造成木質家具背板變型及發霉。IKEA已經針對多款櫃體加強防潮設計,但仍建議室內使用除濕機來維持適當濕度,對健康有益且可降低木質家具變型及發霉的可能性。
    Taiwan’s climate is rather humid. Not only impacting on our physical health, continuous high humidity might also cause wood furniture to bend or mold. IKEA has improved our damp proof treatment on many wood products, but we still recommend using dehumidifiers indoors. Maintaining a proper humidity level is beneficial to your health, and it can also decrease the chance of bending or molding for your wood furniture.
  • 為什麼 IKEA 的羽絨寢具剛開始使用時會有異味?
    Why do new IKEA down beddings smell?

    Natural down and feathers may contain some animal proteins and oils. For the safety of our customers, IKEA does not treat the natural smell with bleach or chemical additives. The newly opened smell is natural. Once unwrapped, please put the product in a well-ventilated place for 1-2 days for the smell to dissipate. Please do not wash and sun-dry it, as high temperatures would cause the oils to evaporate, leading to stronger odors.

    Småland is a free and supervised play area for your children, located near the entrance of IKEA store. Kids between 95cm and 115cm in height are welcome to play in Småland, so the parents can enjoy shopping on their own. Småland entrance and booking rules may vary at each store. In addition, toddler activity stations scattered through the IKEA showroom allow kids to burn off some energy, so that the family shopping experience is more enjoyable for everyone.

    Can I use my own baby stroller or wheelchair in the IKEA Store?
    店內設有無障礙電梯、無障礙廁所等設施,提供友善推車與輪椅的購物環境。另外,IKEA 在賣場入口處也有提供行動不便者免費借用輪椅的服務,請注意租借時需填寫租借單據,並留下租借人之聯絡資料、抵押證件(身分證、駕照、健保卡擇一),若未攜帶證件可改為抵押新台幣$1,000。只要在當日營業結束前歸還租借之輪椅,經現場檢查無任何損壞後,我們便會歸還顧客原始抵押的證件或租金。
    IKEA Stores are fully accessible to strollers and wheelchairs, complete with facilities like accessible elevators and toilets. Near each IKEA Store entrance, free wheelchairs are also available to borrow for those in need. Please fill out a form and leave your contact info and an ID (National ID Card, Driver’s License, National Health Insurance Card, or $1000 TWD in case no ID is at hand.) When you return the wheelchair before the end of the business day, and the wheelchair is inspected on-site to have no damage, we will return your ID card or deposit.

    我們提供多樣化的付款方式,現金、信用卡(VISA、萬事達卡、JCB、美國運通卡)、Apple pay、Google pay、Samsung pay或禮物卡均有接受。另外,只要你在店內購買家具家飾,使用指定銀行信用卡,單筆滿 $30,000 享 12 期 0 利率,單筆滿 $20,000 享 6 期 0 利率,請於結帳時告知收銀人員即可使用分期付款服務。
    We offer multiple payment options. Cash, credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB, and American Express), Apple pay, Google pay, Samsung pay and IKEA gift card are accepted.
    Also, for credit cards issued by designated banks, we offer 0% interest for 6 months (minimum spending of $20,000 TWD) or 12 months (minimum spending of $30,000 TWD) on in-store furniture and home furnishing purchases. Just inform the check-outs if you would like to opt for 0% instalment payment plan.

    If you are returning or exchanging part of your purchase, the refund will be discounted in proportion. For example: with a “$100 off every $1,000” promotion, the original purchase totaled $2,000, including product A $1,500 and product B $500, and the actual payment was $1,900 with the Discount Code. If the customer returns product A, the refund will be $1,425. If the customer returns product B, the refund will be $475.

    If your order can be placed in a box measuring 50 cm × 45 cm × 45 cm and weighing less than 30 kg, “Parcel Delivery” is available at $250 TWD per box. Our system will calculate the number of boxes needed, and your purchase will be put in the most appropriate boxes.

    For 7-ELEVEN pick up and self pick up orders, we will send your order to the store/ pick up point which you choose, along with the invoice for the order. When the order is delivered, we will send message to the phone number you specified. For pick-up at Kerry Logistics station, you will receive the phone call within 7 days. Once you receive the message or phone call, please bring your ID in person to pick up your order at the 7-ELEVEN store or pick up points within 7 days (including holidays). If you cannot pick up the order within 7 days, the order will be returned, and the returned invoice will be handled by IKEA.

    For Truck Delivery services, you can choose the items that require Assembly services on the checkout page, and provide the addresses for invoice and order delivery. We will calculate the total amount for your order. Assembly services are not available for Parcel Delivery, Pick-up point and 7-ELEVEN pick-up orders.

    Generally, Parcel Delivery items will be delivered within 3 business days after your order placement. For Truck Delivery with Assembly items, our delivery provider will contact you via phone calls to arrange the date and time of delivery, and the items would generally be delivered within 7 days after your order placement (except certain remote areas.) Please understand that delivery to eastern Taiwan (Yilan, Hualien, Taitung) is off on weekends and national holidays. If we fail to contact you for delivery arrangements within 5 business days after your order, the order will be canceled.

    Please use the Debit Note that came with the delivery, or download a blank Debit Note on IKEA.com.tw, and provide your order reference number, sign in the blank on the lower right corner, then post it back to the Debit Note mailing address.

    IKEA online shopping provides you the rights to return or exchange products within 365 days from date of purchase. Please take notice that the returned product, gifts, parts, packaging, and all appended documents or information are intact as they arrived.
    In case of the following situations, we will cancel your rights to return products:

    (1) Without interfering your inspection of products, your removal of product packaging, banners, tags, tapes, or marks.
    (2) Artificial damage, diminish, or alteration.
    (3) Customized payment upon your request.

    Once the product is open and assembled, it is not returnable, and no Assembly service fees are refundable. All required documents such as the original invoice and a signed Debit Note* shall be returned with the product in question. Otherwise, we may refuse your request for refund.

    *If your invoices states your tax ID number, please also seal the Debit Note with company and legal representative stamps or tax ID stamp.

    For free returns within 14 days, the reverse logistics fees are charged to IKEA (but no fee refunds for services already provided.)
    For return services after the 14-day period, other than non-refundable service fees, the customer will be responsible for the reverse logistics fees or for returning the products to the IKEA Online Shopping Customer Service Center by their own means.

    Ratings and Reviews is a tool that empowers customers who have purchased our products to share their opinions and insights about the products’ appearance, quality, price, function and overall usage experience. The Ratings and Reviews will be displayed on the IKEA website product information page for everyone to browsing. Other customers can gain a better understanding and based on those Ratings and Reviews for further product selection and purchase.

    在顧客購買產品後的第7天(線上購物顧客為購買後第14天),系統將會自動寄發一封「購物商品滿意度調查」至顧客所留存的Email中,顧客將可透過該Email針對每一項所購買的商品給予評分與評論。 每一則評分都將會被顯示在 IKEA 網站產品頁中,但若評論文字包含與產品不相關或不適當的字眼以及詳細個資訊息(如姓名、電話號碼),客服人員將會進行審查並隱藏。 用戶將可以在產品頁面中,依據評分高低、時間先後以及其他用戶認為最有幫助的評價,篩選出更細節的評價進行參考。原顧客的個人與交易資料將不會被顯示出來。
    7 days after customers complete the purchase (for online shopping customers, it’s 14 days after purchase), the system will automatically send a post purchase email invitation to customers to evaluate the products they bought. Every Ratings and Reviews related to product itself will be displayed on IKEA website product information page. If the reviews include fraud, illegal wordings or personal information (like name or telephone number), our service team will moderated and hide those unappropriated comments. You can find the product reviews in the production information page, and filter by time, scores and most helpful or not. Your own personal information will not be displayed on the website.

    There are two ways to apply for BUSINESS card:

    Application procedures:
    1. Please fill out the company and applicant information on the IKEA for BUSINESS website, or contact our co-worker at the IKEA for BUSINESS meeting point in an IKEA store near you.
    2. Please visit the IKEA for BUSINESS meeting point in an IKEA store, and present the applicant’s company card and ID to complete the application.
    3. Once our IKEA for BUSINESS co-workers complete the ID verification, you will be issued an IKEA BUSINESS card to start enjoying all the benefits!

    BUSINESS cards can be used for furniture and home furnishing purchases. BUSINESS cards cannot be used for: IKEA restaurants, Swedish Food Market, Bistro, Sale and Clearance (As-Is Section) in store, Delivery and Assembly service fees, and all other “non-IKEA” products.
  • 一間公司可以申請多少張卡?
    How many BUSINESS cards can a company apply for?
    (1) 一間公司/企業只能申請一張 IKEA 企業卡。
    (2) 如果一間公司/企業有多位採購者,可以在結賬時告知收銀人員你有已核發之 IKEA 企業卡,以及登記之統一編號或企業卡號碼。
    (3) 若企業卡遺失或毀損時,可以至店內 IKEA 企業業務專區申請補辦新卡,舊卡則會當場失效。前兩次補辦卡片免手續費;若已經過兩次補發,第三次起,每次須酌收新台幣 50 元手續費。
    (1) One company/ corporation can apply for one IKEA BUSINESS card only.
    (2) If there are multiple purchasing managers in your company/ corporation, please inform our checkout co-workers that you have an IKEA BUSINESS card and provide your registered tax ID number or BUSINESS card number.
    (3) If your BUSINESS card is missing or damaged, please apply for a reissue at our IKEA BUSINESS meeting point in store, and the old card would expire immediately. The first two reissues are free of charge. From the third reissue on, a $50 TWD processing fee will incur for each reissue.
