- Available delivery time slots for Area A is 09:00-13:00 / 13:00-17:00 / 17:00-21:00. Please arrange your designated delivery time slots with our co-workers at the service desk or assembly counter. Delivery can be made to a room or location of your choice.
- Please note that delivery service doesn’t include moving your existing furniture for you.
- Buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, customers need to pay staircases fee at $75 / floor needed, and up to 6 floors. Please refer to the staircases fee.
- Sorry to say that we don’t offer delivery service for food products and fragile items such as glasses, mirrors, acrylics and plants.
- One shipping slip is only valid for one delivery service. In case of consolidation, please apply before the end of business day to receive the updated delivery quote. For next day delivery, a consolidation needs to be applied before 16:00 to receive the updated delivery quote. If the consolidation request is made after the said deadline, a separate shipping slip will be arranged and quoted accordingly.
- When purchasing larger furniture such as a sofa, please check the dimensions of your elevator, staircases, hallway, entrance door and corridor to ensure delivery access before placing the order. In case of said access issues and you need to return the item after our service provider made the delivery, we are unable to refund you with the delivery fee. Packaging sizes are available to search on IKEA.com.tw, or you can check with IKEA co-workers in our stores.
- If you’d like to change the delivery date, please notify IKEA customer service representative before 16:00 on the day prior to the arranged delivery date. Sorry that we can’t change the delivery date with a same day notice.
- If the delivery date is arranged on the fourth day after the purchase, we will charge $500 / day storage fee starting on the fifth day, and up to $3,000 (the 10th day).
- Delivery fee for As-Is and assembled display items are charged differently. Please see details listed below.
- If delivery service terms and conditions, and charging standards announced here are different from IKEA stores, the store announcement shall prevail.
