Details
  • Please collect your items in-store within 7 days upon receiving the SMS notification. For orders placed in physical stores, kindly present the pickup voucher; for online purchases, please provide a government-issued identification document with a photo (belonging to the purchaser) as verification for the pickup process.
  • Please be reminded that if the pickup is not completed by the specified date, you agree that the order will be treated as a return. IKEA will return the purchased items to the warehouse. If needed, please place a new order. The return documentation will be handled by IKEA, and any prepaid amount will be refunded after deducting the service fees already incurred. For in-store purchases, please visit the original store to process the return; for online purchases, please contact our online shopping customer service.
  • For prepaid orders at the physical store, the person who placed the order should visit the original store. For online orders, please contact the online shopping customer service.​
  • Refunds for online shopping will be processed after the items are returned to the warehouse and may take up to 30 working days. Once the refund is completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. We appreciate your patience.
  • A pick-up fee of $49 will be charged for online orders collected in-store. The fee will be waived for purchases over $499.

Important Notes
  • Items will be available for pick-up within 2 working days after the order is placed. Upon receiving the pick-up notification call, customers must collect their order within 4 working days.
  • If the order is not collected within the specified period, it will be treated as a return. IKEA will arrange for the purchased items to be returned to the warehouse. Should you still require the items, please place a new order. The return documentation will be processed by IKEA on your behalf. Any prepaid amount will be refunded after deducting any service fees already incurred.​
  • The pick-up service fee is NT$49 per order. Orders with a merchandise value of NT$499 or above are eligible for free pick-up service.
  • Additional transfer charges normally apply to Hualien due to extra transportation requirements. To celebrate the launch of the Hualien pick-up service, these transfer charges will be waived during the promotional period.
  • Please check the package dimensions of your items before placing your order. Partial collection ofan order is not permitted.

7-ELEVEN FamilyMart Pick-up ($59/per box)

Details

  • You can choose 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart pick-up Service if your items can be packed in a 45 x 30 x 30 cm box (less than 5 kg), $59 per box.

  • Assembly service does not apply to the parcel delivery, 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart and collection point pick-up services.

  • 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart products will be delivered within 5 working days.
