7-ELEVEN FamilyMart Pick-up ($59/pre-box)

Details

You can choose 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart pick-up Service if your items can be packed in a 45 x 30 x 30 cm box (less than 5 kg), $59 per box.
Assembly service does not apply to the parcel delivery, 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart and collection point pick-up services.
7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart products will be delivered within 5 working days.
The invoice of the store/ pick up point order will be sent along with your order.
The “store free pick-up promotion” cannot be used in conjunction with any other online promotions. IKEA reserves the right to vary or interpret the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Details

Please collect your items in-store within 7 days upon receiving the SMS notification. For orders placed in physical stores, kindly present the pickup voucher; for online purchases, please provide a government-issued identification document with a photo (belonging to the purchaser) as verification for the pickup process.
Please be reminded that if you do not complete the pick-up by the specified date, IKEA will return the purchased items to the warehouse. If you require the items, please place a new order. For return certificates, IKEA will handle them on your behalf.
For prepaid orders at the physical store, the person who placed the order should visit the original store. For online orders, please contact the online shopping customer service.
Refunds for online shopping will be processed after the items are returned to the warehouse and may take up to 30 working days. Once the refund is completed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. We appreciate your patience.
