Directions

By MRT
Take the Songshan-Xindian Line to the Qizhang Station, then transit to the Xiaobitan Branch Line and get off at the Xiaobitan Station. Walk towards exit 2, and you will arrive at IKEA in about 30 seconds.

By Bus

By motorcycle
The motorcycle parking lot is at the B1. The entrance can be accessed via Zhongyang Road motorcycle lane (near the Xiaobitan MRT exit 2).

By car (Vehicle height restriction is 2.1 meters)
❯ Navigate to the parking lot and see available parking spaces
．Take National Highway No. 3 towards the north if coming from Sanxia, Shulin, Banqiao, Zhonghe, and Yonghe
．Take National Highway No. 3 towards the south if coming from Muzha, Shenkeng, Nankang, and Xizhi.

Exit at the Ankeng Interchange, and stay on the exit lane towards Xindian/Bitan/Wulai, which takes you to the Huanhe Road. Drive towards Bitan for about 900 meters, then make a u-turn when you reach the traffic light. Take the exit lane once you go past the petrol station, then go along Mehas and towards Taipei City for about 700 meters. You will see the 2F car park entrance first, driving for another 50 meters will take you to the B1 car park entrance.

．From Taipie City
Take Shuiyuan Expressway towards Bitan.
Once you reach the traffic light on Zhongyang Road, keep going straight towards Huanhe Road. Drive towards Bitan for about 900 meters, then make a u-turn when you reach the traffic light. Take the exit lane once you go past the petrol station, then go along Mehas and towards Taipei City for about 700 meters. You will see the 2F car park entrance first, driving for another 50 meters will take you to the B1 car park entrance. 

Validated parking

Payment Methods
Parking fee machines are available in the B1 and 2F parking areas. Use the parking discount coupon from your same-day purchase receipt at the payment machine for a discount. Cars can also use LINE Pay or Apple Pay for quick online payments.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Location: Car parking spaces B0718~B0729 on the 2F, totaling 12 spaces. Please download the app as indicated on-site to use the charging stations. If assistance is needed, please contact the Parking Management Center.

Collection point

If you place an order in-store or choose "In-store pickup" after shopping at IKEA, please bring your invoice or order confirmation (for online shopping: the person who placed the order must bring their original ID) to the 3F Collection point (Customer Service Department) to collect your items. We provide 1 hour of free parking for pickup customers; please proactively inform our staff when collecting your items.

By Car
．You can park your car in the B1 / 2F parking lot, then take the elevator/escalator to the 3F Collection point (Customer Service Department).

By Scooter/Motorcycle
Please enter from the Zhongyang Road scooter parking lot entrance, park your vehicle, and take the elevator to the 3F Collection point (Customer Service Department).

By MRT
After exiting the station, follow the signs to the 4F IKEA store entrance. Take the escalator opposite the entrance down to the 3F showroom, and follow the signs to the Collection point (Customer Service Department).

*For items carried on the MRT, a single side must not exceed 165 cm, and the sum of length, width, and height must not exceed 220 cm.
