The 4F Swedish Restaurant offers children's meals, and baby food can be requested from the restaurant staff.
The dining area provides a microwave, bottle warmer, bibs, tableware and highchairs. Additionally, free diapers are available at the entrance on 4F, and there are multiple children's play facilities throughout the store, making it convenient for you to shop with your children.

Småland

Imported directly from Sweden, Småland is a Nordic-style children's playroom filled with magical forest elements. Here, children can play hide-and-seek in a giant wooden shoe, dive into a massive ball pit resembling blueberries and lingonberries, jump, climb, run, and play. They can also watch movies, read books, and rest under the spruce trees.

1. Only open to children aged 3–6 with a height between 95 and 115 cm.
2. Parents or guardians must provide a valid ID card (e.g., National ID Card, Health Insurance Card, or Driver's License).

Most of the IKEA furniture is using flat packaging so that you can carry them home with ease, and at the same time IKEA saves costs with transportation and is able to provide friendly price tags for our customers.

How to apply for installment payments:

For online purchases, please log in with your IKEA Family or IKEA Business account first.
For in-store purchases, please bring the items you wish to purchase to the checkout area, present your IKEA Family or IKEA Business ID, and inform the cashier that you would like to use the installment payment service.
Please inform the coworkers that you would like to use the pay by instalment service. Enjoy interest-free instalments: 3 months on purchases of $5,000 or more; 3 or 6 months on purchases of $10,000 or more; and 3, 6 or 12 months on purchases of $20,000 or more.

Pets-friendly

We know pets are family, which is why IKEA stores welcome you, your family, and your family pets (including assistance animals). When bringing pets into the store (excluding in-store restaurants), please ensure they are placed in a secure pet carrier, pet stroller,or pet backpack designed for outdoor use.
The carrier must be properly closed, with no risk of waste or liquid leakage, and your pet’s head, tail, and paws should remain fully inside at all times.
These terms do not apply to police dogs on duty, guide dogs, or guide dog puppies in training accompanied by professional trainers.IKEA reserves the right to interpret and amend the above service terms.
Due to food hygiene and safety concerns, pets are not allowed inside the Swedish restaurant. Pet boarding is also not available in the store.

Power Bank Rental Service
Need a quick charge? You can find power bank rental stations at the 4F IKEA Family Area (outside the main entrance), inside the 4F Swedish Restaurant, and at the 3F Customer Service. Simply follow the instructions on the station screen to rent one.

Enjoy free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the store, keeping you connected to online information at all times!

Sewing Service
Effective October 1, 2026, our service hours will be:
Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00–20:30 (excluding public holidays).
For more information, please visit the Textiles area on 3F or the Sewing Service counter at Customer Service on 3F.

Trolley Rental Service
You can rent a trolley at the 3F Customer Service - Other Services Counter by presenting your identification or a deposit of 1000 NTD.

Wheelchair Rental Service
You can rent a wheelchair at the entrance reception on 4F by presenting your identification or a deposit of 1000 NTD.

The installation service fee must be paid by credit card upon booking. Cancellations made before 4:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled service date will receive a full refund; otherwise, a late cancellation fee of NT$500 will apply.
Invoices for service fees are electronic and will be sent via email.
The service team will contact you within 2 working days to coordinate the final service schedule.
