The 4F Swedish Restaurant offers children's meals, and baby food can be requested from the restaurant staff.
The dining area provides a microwave, bottle warmer, bibs, tableware and highchairs. Additionally, free diapers are available at the entrance on 4F, and there are multiple children's play facilities throughout the store, making it convenient for you to shop with your children.

Småland
With its original packaging—the Scandinavian style children’s playroom SMÅLAND, where kids can play hide-and-seek in the large wooden clogs, swim in the large ball pool filled with balls in the colors of blueberry and lingonberry, and where they can jump, climb, run and play balls in this magical forest as much as they like! Kids can also watch movies, read, or rest under the spruce tree.

1. Open for kids wh are 95 to 115 cm tall and between 3 and 6 years old.
2. Parents should present a valid ID (national ID card, NHI card, or driver’s license).

Delivery and assembly service

Most of the IKEA furniture is using flat packaging so that you can carry them home with ease, and at the same time IKEA saves costs with transportation and is able to provide friendly price tags for our customers.

All of our furniture products come with assembly instructions, and some even come with assembling tools for you to easily put the furniture together at home. If you need a hand with the assembly, we also offer delivery and assembly service with our professional installers at reasonable prices!

365-day exchange and return policy

Within 365 days, you can exchange or return the products with intact condition, original packaging, together with the original purchase invoice at the store (exclude City Shop and Pick-up and Order Point). For payment made with a credit card, please bring the concerned credit card and signing receipt with you. For those who made the purchase with a tax ID number, please print out two Debit Notes, and seal with company and legal representative stamps or tax ID stamps in advance. 

Sorry, the products in As-Is section, food and customized products are not applicable to the above terms and conditions. 

*“ The product with intact condition” means that it's not damaged, no missing parts, no stains, no deformation, no washing and no traces of use, etc.

With select credit cards and a single purchase amount of $30,000 and above, you can enjoy a 12-month interest free instalment payment plan. Or, with a single purchase amount of NT$20,000 and above, you can enjoy a 6-month interest free instalment payment plan!

Old mattress recycling service
 
Bought a new mattress and don’t know what to do with the old one?
IKEA helps you to recycle your old mattress when you buy a new one from us! Service fee starts from $835. Put the old mattress removal problem behind and get ready to enjoy your new mattress!

Please note:
‧ The service is only available to customers who purchased the IKEA mattresses along with the IKEA delivery service.
‧ The charge only includes the removal of the mattresses. An additional fee applies for taking the mattress base away too.
‧ For buildings without lifts, there will be an additional charge of NT$75 (VAT-inclusive) per floor for each mattress up to 6 floors. Extra charges are to be arranged to remove mattresses from the 7th floor or above.
‧ Our removal professionals will not put the removed mattress back once it has been confirmed.
‧ Our removal professionals will collect the payment on their arrival. An e-receipt will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone number by our service partner within 10 working days.
‧ For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to provide services for hoisting large furniture items.
‧ Additional charge applies for remote areas. For more details, please refer to the official website of our service partners.

Pets-friendly

We know that pets are family, that’s why IKEA stores welcome you, your family, and family pets (including assistance animals) with open arms! Please follow below guidelines when visiting with pets:

Pets are not allowed in the IKEA Swedish restaurant due to food hygiene regulations.
When visiting (excluding restaurant and café), please carry your family pet in a pet travel bag or a pet trolley no larger than L55 cm x W45 cm x H40 cm (calculated by carrier size, excluding frames and wheels), and close securely to prevent wastes or water spilling out. Please keep your lovely pet inside the travel bag/trolley without head, tail or paws sticking out of the bag/trolley. IKEA Xin Dian Store does not have pet-sitter service.

These terms don’t apply to police dogs on duty, guide dogs, or guide dog puppies in training that are accompanied by professional raisers. IKEA reserves the right to interpret and modify above terms and conditions.

Drill and Hammer Drill Rental Service

Sewing Service
Sewing service is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 to 20:30.

Trolley Rental Service
You can rent a trolley at the 3F Customer Service - Other Services Counter by presenting your identification or a deposit of 1000 NTD.
Wheelchair Rental Service
You can rent a wheelchair at the entrance reception on 4F by presenting your identification or a deposit of 1000 NTD.
 
Curtain rod and blind installation service
First, choose your location and you will see the price list. Then, book your preferred date and time online and you can manage your order by simply clicking your finger at any time. Last, designated partners and professional team will offer their services so that you can install the blinds in an easy way and give your home a whole new look! NOTE:

  • The service is provided by PRO 360.
  • There is a minimum charge of NT$630.
  • To book a service, a deposit of NT$500 must be paid by credit card in advance. The deposit will be refunded if you cancel the task before 4:00 P.M. of the day before scheduled day.
