  • IKEA stores: 10:00a.m. to 10:00 p.m. / Xin Chu pick-up and order point: 12:00p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (pick-up order / online order service hours:1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)
  • IKEA Swedish restaurants: Kao Hsiung Store: 10:00a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Breakfast serving time: 10:00a.m. - 11:00 a.m.) / Other 6 IKEA Stores: 9:00a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Breakfast serving time: 09:00a.m. - 10:30 a.m.). 
• During this period, eating and/or drinking is not allowed in all stores. IKEA Swedish restaurants are allowed indoor dining. Only take-out orders are available at our bistros. Take-away ice cream supply depends on each store. Please visit IKEA stores websites  for more information.
• IKEA Family member birthday voucher “The main course - buy one get one free” and kids’ birthday voucher “The kid’s birthday meal set free with a purchase of any main course” are available to be used in take-away service (The take-away service is not available to use in Kao Hsiung and Tai Chung Store).      
• When our assembly vendor(s) arrive at your place for assembly service, please strictly follow our preventive measures by remaining a 1.5 m social distance, wearing a face mask at all times, and keeping good indoor ventilation. 
• The opening hours of children’s play areas are adjusted at any time in accordance with the latest government's epidemic prevention regulations. Please visit IKEA stores websites for more information for more play areas opening hours. 
• IKEA stores have strengthened the disinfection of children's play areas in accordance with the government's epidemic prevention regulations. Meanhwile, to reduce the risk of children's infections, the ball pool has not been opened yet. Children who enter the play room must wear masks throughout the process. Thank you for your cooperation. 
• All customers must undergo real name registration and temperature checks before entering a store. Please wear a face mask, maintain a social distance from other people, and use the rain covers on the strollers for young children at all times while shopping at IKEA.
