• 新The welcome coupon can be redeemed on a single purchase of furniture or home accessories exceeding NT$50. The coupon is valid until the end of the month following its issuance.
  • In-store coupon: Your IKEA Family membership must be presented at checkout.
  • Online promo code: Enter the promo code during checkout at www.ikea.com.tw to enjoy NT$50 off. The validity and order timestamp are based on the records of IKEA Taiwan’s servers. Expired codes are invalid.
• The in-store coupon is valid at staffed cashier counters in all IKEA Taiwan stores (Chiayi store limited to IKEA cashier counters). It is not applicable to AS-IS area items, Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, Bistro, delivery fees, assembly/installation services, or any non-IKEA branded products (e.g., kitchen appliances and stone countertops).
• The online promo code is valid only for purchases of furniture and home accessories at www.ikea.com.tw and does not apply to service fees (such as delivery or assembly).
• New members must choose either an in-store coupon or an online promo code during registration. Once registration is completed, the selection cannot be changed.
• The coupon cannot be combined with other coupons (including discount vouchers, regardless of their naming), promotional offers, discounted items, IKEA Family price, or employee discounts. It is applicable only when the total amount of original-price items exceeds the coupon value. Both the in-store coupon and the online promo code may only be used once. Each transaction may apply only one coupon or one promo code. The discount amount will not be included in the receipt total and will be proportionally allocated across all items on the receipt.
• All items on the receipt from a transaction using the coupon are not eligible for return. In the case of product defects, only exchanges for the same article number are allowed. Exchanges must be made at the original store of purchase within 365 days from the purchase date.
• The in-store coupon must be used at the same cashier counter where it is presented. Once redeemed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or receive change.
• Coupons that are expired, missing a valid expiration date, screenshotted, cut, altered, forged, or photocopied are considered invalid. Lost, stolen, or damaged coupons are also invalid and cannot be replaced or reissued.
• IKEA reserves the right to interpret, modify, or cancel the use of this coupon.
