A : We are selling full range of home accessories and furniture in store, and also the popular Bistro& Swedish Market foods. If you cannot find your desired products, you may also discuss and make orders with the sales representatives in information counter.

A : Parking lots on 2nd& 3rd floor. $40/hr.
Q : Can I return purchased items at IKEA Chia Yi City Shop if I don't like them?
A : We offer a 365-day return and exchange policy for IKEA Family members. To return or exchange home furnishings and accessories purchased in-store, please bring the items in their original, undamaged packaging, along with the original invoice and receipt, to the customer service desk or the merchandise pickup area. If you paid by credit card, please also bring the card used and the credit card slip. Please note that food items are non-returnable. Additionally, cross-store returns and exchanges are not supported; all returns and exchanges must be processed at the original store of purchase.
