  • For in-store shopping, you can opt to make your payment by cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, LINE Pay, Taishin Pay, PX Pay plus, JKO Pay, Easy Card, Easy Wallet and IKEA Gift Card.​
  • For online shopping, you can opt to make your payment by credit cards, LINE Pay, PX Pay plus, Taishin Pay, JKO Pay or Apple Pay.​
*Please note that in accordance with uniform invoice's terms and conditions, we cannot modify or open a new invoice once the invoice is generated.

How to apply for installment payment:

 
  • For online purchases, please log in with your IKEA Family or IKEA Business account first.
  • For in-store purchases, please bring the items you wish to purchase to the checkout area, present your IKEA Family or IKEA Business ID, and inform the cashier that you would like to use the installment payment service.
  • Please inform the coworkers that you would like to use the pay by instalment service. Enjoy interest-free instalments: 3 months on purchases of $5,000 or more; 3 or 6 months on purchases of $10,000 or more; and 3, 6 or 12 months on purchases of $20,000 or more.

Terms & conditions:

  • The purchase made in the Swedish Food Market, Bistro and Swedish Restaurant is not included in the purchase amount eligible for the interest free instalment payment plan. Payments made outside checkout counters, such as delivery fee, assembly fee or sewing fee are not calculated in the total amount for the instalment. Relevant total amount restrictions, terms and conditions are subject to the store announcement.
  • Instalment payment plan is applicable when reaching requested minimum purchase amount in a single purchase. The monthly repayment will be an integral, and all the decimal places will be charged at the first instalment with a unit of NT$. Payments made outside checkout counters, such as delivery fee, assembly fee or sewing fee are not calculated in the total amount for the instalment.
  • Issued banks reserve the right to accept or not an instalment application. Please refer to your bank for eligible credit card options.
  • In case of return or exchange, the credit card holder should bring your payment credit card and invoice to the service desk at the store where you originally made the purchase.
  • Issued banks and IKEA reserve the rights to modify or change instalment payment plan service due to reasons not attributable to said parties. Relevant terms and conditions are in compliance with Regulations Governing Institutions Engaging In Credit Card Business article 19. You can use an IKEA Gift card’s value in full or as partial payment towards something you really love. Just scan or enter the card details by selecting ‘pay with gift card’ when prompted at checkout.
