IKEA Gift Card Terms & Conditions:
1. A top up value receipt will be issued upon checking out IKEA Gift Cards and a uniform invoice will be issued upon redeeming the products.  
2. Gift Cards can be used as full or partial payment in IKEA Taiwan stores.
3. Gift Cards are activated after being purchased at the checkout counter.  There are no limitations on how many times a card can be topped up. The Gift Cards have no expiration date.  The balance of the Gift Cards cannot be transferred to other cards.
4. Refund of products purchased with the Gift Card will only be reimbursed into the Gift Card..
5. Gift Cards are not registered to any holders so please keep the cards with you.   IKEA Taiwan is unable to replace the card or refund the balance if lost or stolen.  In case of damage or distortion, a replacement can be made with a fee of NT$ 100 if the important content (card number or barcode) is still recognizable.
6. To request a refund of Gift Cards, please bring the Gift Card and all the top up value receipts to the store where the cards are originally issued for a full refund.  IKEA Taiwan will cancel your Gift Card.  A partial refund is not acceptable.  IKEA Taiwan can only process the refund with all the top up value receipts.
7. When requesting a refund of Gift Cards, some costs will be deducted from the refund amount: 
1) the amount of the discounts.
2) 3% of the refund as the service fee (round to the nearest whole number)
A refund will only be issued to the original payment method.  If the balance is less than NT$0 after the deduction, it will not be refundable.
8. An e-invoice of the refund handling fee will be issued by IKEA Taiwan.
9. The value of Gift Card is guaranteed by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited for one-year Performance Guarantee, starting on the date of top up.  After the guarantee period, the issuer still holds responsibility for the performance.
10. To check the balance of Gift Cards, please call our Customer Service Centre or visit IKEA stores.  Detailed statement of transactions is not available.
11. IKEA Taiwan reserves the final right to interpret, amend, or terminate this Gift Cards Terms and Conditions and marketing events at any time, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail.

  • Refund Cards can be used as full or partial payment in IKEA Taiwan stores.
