 Swedish restaurant offers Kids meal menu and free baby food. We also prepared bottler warmers, baby’s bibs, children’s cutlery, and highchairs in our family-friendly dining area. Please check with our co-workers in-store for details.
 We have free diapers available near the entrance on the 1F and in the Småland magical forest on the 3F. Please check with our co-workers in-store for details. We also set up several play facilities for kids in different store areas, so you can bring the little ones along on every shopping trip.

Pets-friendly space

We know pets are family, that’s why IKEA stores welcome you, your family, and family pets (including assistance animals) with open arms! Please carry your family pet in a pet travel bag or a pet trolley (calculated by carrier size, excluding frames and wheels) no larger than L55 cm x W45 cm x H40 cm, and close securely to prevent wastes or water spilling out. Please keep your lovely pet inside the travel bag/trolley without head, tail or paws sticking out of the bag/trolley.

Pets are not allowed in the Swedish restaurant, Bistro and Swedish food market due to food hygiene regulations.

These terms don’t apply to police dogs on duty, guide dogs, or guide dog puppies in training that are accompanied by professional raisers.
IKEA reserves the right to interpret and modify the above service terms.

365-day Return and Exchange Service

365-day return and exchange service can be applied at the return and exchange service counter on the second floor in Tai Chung Store. Please bring your item with intact condition and packed in its original packaging, uniform invoice and receipt within 365 days to be validated for return and exchange service. If paid by credit card, please bring the credit card and signed payment slip. If your uniform invoice had your TAX ID number added, please bring your uniform invoice stamp or company stamps as well.

Above terms and conditions do not apply to the As-Is section, food and customized products. IKEA reserves the right to interpret and modify above terms and conditions.

365-day mattress trial guarantee
Is your new IKEA mattress too firm or too soft for you? Not to worry, you can exchange it with a different design within the 365-day trial period. Please bring the mattress and invoice to the IKEA store where you originally purchased it, and apply for an exchange or refund service at the customer service desk. Take your time, you have 365 days to break in your new mattress to see if it’s a perfect match for you!

Payment Methods

We want to make it easy for you to live in your dream home, so we offer diverse and flexible payment methods to meet different payment needs.

● For in-store shopping, you can opt to make your payment by cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, LINE Pay, Taishin Pay, PX Pay plus, JKO Pay and IKEA Gift Card.
● For online shopping, you can opt to make your payment by credit cards, LINE Pay, PX Pay plus, Taishin Pay or Apple Pay.

Interest free instalment 
With select credit cards and a single purchase amount of $30,000 and above, you can enjoy a 12-month interest free instalment payment plan. Or, with a single purchase amount of NT$20,000 and above, you can enjoy a 6-month interest free instalment payment plan!

How to apply for an instalment payment plan:
● Please bring your purchase to the checkout counter and inform the cashier that you’d like to opt for an interest free instalment payment plan.
● Exclusively for Taishin Bank, Citibank, Cathay, DBS, SinoPac, E. Sun. and Mega Bank credit cards, a single purchase of a total amount of $30,000 and above is eligible for the 12-month interest free instalment payment plan.
● A single purchase amount of NT$20,000 and above is eligible for the 6-month interest free instalment payment plan, applicable for credit cards issued Cathay, CTBC, Taipei Fubon, Taishin, Citibank, SinoPac, E. Sun, HSBC, DBS and Mega Bank.
*If you used 0% instalment plan and need to return some items, you must return all items in the same order.

Delivery and Assembly Service

Delivery service
Most of our furniture products are packed with delivery-friendly flat packaging. All of our furniture products come with assembly instructions and some even come with assembling tools for you to easily put the furniture together at home.
If you need a hand with the assembly, we also offer delivery and assembly service with our professional installers with reasonable prices!

Courier box service
In-store courier box delivery service fee starts from $150. Courier box is self-service, please bring your courier box to pay at the checkout counter, and ask for a shipping slip. Please fill in delivery contact details on the shipping slip and pack your to-be-delivered items at the packing station near the checkout exit. Please ensure the courier box is properly sealed, then bring it to the delivery and assembly service counter for shipping arrangement.

Important notice:
• The courier box is 50 x 50 x 45 cm with a maximum weight limit of 25 kg.
• Courier box delivery is limited to Taiwan’s main island (remote and certain areas are to be charged based on courier box delivery service rates).
• Courier box delivery does not apply to non-IKEA products, plants, glasses, mirrors, acrylics and other fragile items.
• Submit the parcel before 17:00 and enjoy next-day delivery (except for Yilan, Hualien, Taitung and other remote areas).
• IKEA shall not assume any compensation claims against product damages in relation to the courier box delivery service. Please pack your items carefully before placing them in the courier box.

You only need to pay a reasonable price, and our co-workers will visit your home to measure and plan the home furnishing that suits you the best.

Consulting Service
－The service at least 1 hour at one times, half an hour will be NT$500，(less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes)。IKEA for business member can get 1 hour consulting service for free.
－Custom need to bring the floor plan or picture by yourself
－Furniture is not included in the planning service fee. Furniture is sold separately. IKEA does not offer construction or renovation services such as plasterwork, woodwork, partitioning, flooring, tiling, painting, wallpapering, electrical or piping work.

Measuring Planning Service
－NT$1,000 /ping，If you spend an average of $10,000/ping, the design fee will be waived. To have at least one bedroom and one living or dining room.。
－Limited for sites over 15 ping，The design fee is based on the actual size and location of the site to be planned.
－Payment method: Ｏnly accept payment by bank transfer．
－A $3,000 deposit of the design service and the travel expense are required before the measuring service, and the remaining design fee is required after the measuring service.
－What you will receive: A PDF file of furniture layout plan (with dimensions), a 2D elevation plan with partial walls (with dimensions for sites under 35 ping), a quotation sheet, and a list of products to be used.

Kitchen / Bathroom Planning & Installation Service

Kitchen planning service
We welcome you to use our IKEA online 3D kitchen planner, or, you can bring your kitchen dimensions to the nearest store and bounce some ideas off our kitchen experts! After the preliminary planning, you can pay a small service fee for IKEA technicians with eyes for details to measure your kitchen space, and to determine current kitchen condition, as well as to understand which kitchen furniture you want to install. All in the effort to better plan the next step and to send you the proposal design plan that truly represents your dream kitchen.

Kitchen installation service
We will coordinate all kitchen installation and relevant details, so you can enjoy your new kitchen with no further delay. Before arranging installation, we will check your kitchen first to make sure that the order and dimensions are correct. Our professional installers will take care of all the time-consuming small and big tasks, such as installing the kitchen sink, mixer taps and worktop.

Bathroom installation service
Our trained professionals can install your bathroom for you, including wash-basin, wash-basin base cabinet and mixer taps.
