Smaland Magic Forest

IKEA HsinChuang offers a fun-filled play area that kids love!
Parents can relax while children enjoy playing in Smaland Magic Forest, featuring a colorful ball pit, reading area, interactive audio-visual activities, and more.

 Important Information
  • Smaland Magic Forest is located on the 3rd floor. Please take the escalator or elevator from the entrance on the 1st floor.
  • For children's safety:
    1. Open to children aged 3–6 years old, with a height of 95–115 cm.
    2. Parents or guardians must provide a valid ID (such as an ID card, National Health Insurance card, or driver's license).
    3. Parents or guardians must accompany their child to Smaland Magic Forest for registration before entry.
  • Opening Hours:
    Weekdays: 12:00–18:00
    Weekends & Public Holidays: 10:00–22:00
    (Each session lasts 60 minutes. Each child may enter once per day.)

Children's services and facilities

Our Swedish Restaurant also provides children meals, baby
food, microwave ovens, bottle warmers, tableware
and highchairs for children in the dining area.
We also provide the free diaper in case you have any need,
please contact 1F Customer service area, 3F Småland Playroom, and 3F Swedish Restaurant for more details!

Pets in store

Bring your lovely pet to visit the store! IKEA Hsin Chuang Store opens arms for pets to come along, but please keep them off the ground. Please keep your pets in a pet travel bag or trolley when visiting the store. Pets are not allowed in the 3F Swedish restaurant, 1F Bistro and Swedish food market due to food hygiene regulations.

Important notice: 
We know pets are family, that’s why IKEA stores welcome you, your family, and family pets (including assistance animals) with open arms! When you bring your family pet to our store (excluding Swedish restaurant), please carry them in a pet carrier, a pet trolley (calculated by carrier size, excluding frames and wheels) or a pet travel bag no larger than L55 cm x W45 cm x H40 cm, or in a small container, and close securely to prevent wastes or water spilling out. Please keep your lovely pet inside the carrier/trolley/travel bag and avoid exposing the pet's head, tail, or paws.

These terms don’t apply to police dogs on duty, guide dogs, or guide dog puppies in training that are accompanied by professional raisers.
IKEA reserves the right to interpret and modify the above service terms.
 

As-Is (Discount Area) Circular Hub

Let the world become better, starting  caring about the environment, resources and each other! Products with slight defects and products that have been used as display items are exhibited.

Normally, most of the slight defects and display items are treated as scrap products. In order to protect the environment, it is important not to waste products as much as possible.
IKEA is not converting them into scrap, but to deal with the slightly damaged areas, then sell it at a cheap price in As-Is (Discount Area).

So that you can enjoy and use immediately, also do your part for the earth.

Wheelchair loan service
loan service for people with disabilities. We also have accessible elevators and accessible toilets to provide a convenient and friendly shopping environment.
Parking Lot
We offer plenty of parking spaces. Motorcycle parking lot is on the B1. Car parking lot is on the B1, B2 and B3, and 1F outdoor space. We have Parent & Child and Disabled parking bays as well.
Self-Service Recycling Station
We welcome you to recycle old newspapers and used batteries in our store’s recycling station that is located on the first floor. We also have a self-service second hand shopping bag area where we welcome you to recycle used shopping bags for making good use of these old goodies.
Spare Parts
You may download the assembly manual on the IKEA website, note down the part number, and pick up what you need at our self-service spare part wall in the store. Alternatively, email your inquiry to us at iservice@ikea.com.tw and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Free Wi-Fi
We offer free Wi-Fi access in the entire store.
Lockers
We offer free lockers with passcode locks at B1 to make your shopping even easier. For larger luggages, please go to the B2 in-store pick up counter for the luggage storage service. Lockers are for temporary storage use only, and cannot be used for overnight storage. IKEA assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to the personal property in the lockers.
