● Småland Playroom Located at 4F. Opening hours of SMÅLAND Playroom： 10:00~22:00.
● We are open for kids who are 95 to 115 cm tall.
● Breastfeeding room  In front of 1F motorcycle parking lot and in 5F IKEA Swedish restaurant. 
●Wheelchair loan  5F showroom entrance
We want to create a friendly shopping environment. We have free wheelchair loan service by the entrance for people with limited mobility. 


*IKEA Swedish restaurant offers Kids menu and baby food. Family-friendly dining areas are equipped with microwaves, bottle warmers, baby bibs, children’s cutlery and high chairs so that both grown ups and kids can have a good time enjoying delicious meals!

It’s OK to change your mind!
You have 365 days to return your purchase.
 

Within 365 days, you can return or exchange the products with intact condition, original packaging, together with the original purchase invoice at the store (exclude City Shop, Pick-up and Order Point and Mobile Shop) .
For payment made with a credit card, please bring the concerned credit card and signing receipt with you.
For those who made the purchase with a tax ID number, please bring the unique invoice seal of the entity or the company’s seals.

Just bring your member card, an ID and pay a small amount of deposit to bring home your assembly tools.

You can download the assembly manual on the IKEA website, note down the part number, and pick up what you need at our self-service spare part wall located next to the customer service counter in the store.
