IKEA is Now Closer to Yilan – Pickup Point Now Open!

Expanding local convenience services! We've partnered with logistics providers in Yilan to launch two new pickup points!
Place an order online or at the IKEA XinDian Store. For any single furniture and home décor order over NT$499, choose the Yilan or Luodong pickup point and enjoy free pickup service.

For single orders over NT$499, you can enjoy free pickup at Yilan or Luodong locations. A delivery fee of NT$49 will be charged for orders below NT$499.
Once your order arrives at the pickup point, you will receive a phone call notification and be given a tracking number. Please note the tracking number and collect your item within 4 days of notification. Be sure to provide your name, phone number, and tracking number at pickup.
Reminder: If you do not pick up your item within 4 days, your purchase will be returned to the warehouse and no refund will be issued. A new order will need to be placed. For eligible returns, IKEA will handle the refund on your behalf. Please visit the XinDian Store service counter with your purchase receipt and company chop if applicable.
If your order cannot be fully picked up at once, or if the item is too large to carry, we will assist with processing the return of any uncollected items. (See note 3.)
Pickup points are only responsible for item handover. If there are any issues with your product (including missing items, software, or product defects), please complete pickup first and then contact IKEA Customer Service for assistance.
Assembly services cannot be selected on-site. For items requiring assembly, please arrange at the customer service counter before pickup.
If pickup at the Yilan or Luodong point becomes unavailable, the system will automatically assign a new available pickup date.
