This service is free of charge.
A preloaded amount of NT$5,000 is required on an IKEA gift card before the session.

How It Works
  1. Book your appointment at least one week in advance by filling out the reservation form or visiting the 3F Customer Service Desk.
  2. Each session is limited to one hour.
  3. On the day of your appointment, check in at the 3F Customer Service Desk with a valid ID.
  4. Before the guided session begins, NT$5,000 will be preloaded onto a gift card. You are free to decide whether or not to spend it on the same day.
Important Notes
  1. Each customer may reserve one time slot per day, and must attend the session in person. One additional adult companion is allowed (children not counted).
  2. The IKEA gift card is non-personalized and must be kept safe. Lost cards will not be reissued. The card is non-refundable and must be used within one year.
  3. This service is only available at the IKEA Xindian Store and covers the furniture and home furnishing sales area.
  4. IKEA reserves the right to interpret, modify, or discontinue this service at any time.
