XinDian Store | Assembly Service for Small Furniture

For IKEA Family members only!

‧Drop-off Time: Weekdays only, before 4:00 PM. (Service is not available on weekends and public holidays)
‧Pick-up Time: Assembly begins at 2:00 PM each day. You will receive a phone call once the item is ready for pickup. Please collect it before the store closes on the same day.

‧Service Fee
Assembly is charged at 7% of the item's price. Minimum charge is $200.

‧How It Works
  1. IKEA Family members can select furniture within 60 x 60 x 120 cm from the sales floor at IKEA Xindian Store and bring it to the checkout counter for payment.
  2. With the receipt and product in hand, visit the 3F Customer Service Desk to register for assembly and pay the service fee.
  3. Once assembly is completed, you will be notified by phone. You may then return to the 3F Customer Service Desk to pick up your item.

‧Important Notes
  1. Each customer may register one item only. Please collect your assembled item on the same day. No storage service is provided. A $500/day storage fee applies for unclaimed items. (Each item takes approx. 2 hours to assemble; processing time scales accordingly.)
  2. Please inspect the product and its assembly status before leaving the counter. No claims will be accepted once the item leaves the desk.
  3. Service fees are non-refundable once assembly is complete.
  4. Packaging and transportation services are not included.
  5. This service is only available for items purchased at IKEA Xindian Store.
  6. IKEA reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate this service at any time.
