Receiving Time:
Available every Monday to Friday before 20:00. (Items received on weekends or public holidays can be collected as early as Monday.)
Pickup Time:
After receiving a call from Customer Service, please collect your item before 21:00 on the same day.
Service Fees:
The assembly fee is 7% of the assembled product's price. If the calculated fee is less than NT$200, a minimum charge of NT$200 will apply.
Service Process:
- Select furniture at the IKEA Nei Hu Store showroom that can be assembled and taken home immediately, and complete payment at the 2F checkout area.
- Present your IKEA Nei Hu Store receipt at the 1F Customer Service area to arrange the assembly service and pay the service fee.
- Please keep your phone available. Once the assembly is completed, Customer Service will contact you by phone, and you may return to the 1F Customer Service area to collect your item.
Important Notes:
- Please collect your assembled product within the agreed time. IKEA does not provide storage service. A storage fee of NT$500 per day will be charged for uncollected items.
- Upon collection, please check the product and assembly condition with our co-worker. After leaving the counter, no claims regarding product condition or assembly defects will be accepted.
- Once the service has been completed, the service fee is non-refundable. Product returns and exchanges are subject to IKEA’s return and exchange policy.
- This service does not include additional packaging or delivery handling services.
- The personal data provided by customers will only be used for contact purposes related to this assembly service and product collection.
- This service is only available for products purchased at IKEA Nei Hu Store.
- IKEA reserves the right of final interpretation, modification, or termination of this service.
