Love IKEA products but unable to visit our store?
We offer an E-mail Order Service for your convenience.
Please download and fill out the form:

Send it via email to nhsbusin@ikea.com.tw or fax it to 02-2791-9680.
You may submit the form in any format (quotation, photo, Excel, etc.).
Within 3 working days (excluding holidays), we will confirm your selected items, total amount, delivery time, and location via e-mail.

⚠️ Please note: This is a one-time purchase order. If you wish to make changes after payment, a new order must be submitted.

Important Information:
●This is a business order service, not a mail-order service. A 7-day return policy does not apply.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 60 days (or within 365 days for IKEA Family members) by bringing the item in good condition, original packaging, official receipt and invoice (credit card purchasers must also present the card used and signed receipt) to the Customer Service counter at 1F of IKEA Neihu Store.
●For purchases under a business tax ID number, please bring the company invoice stamp or company seal for return/exchange processing.
●In case of out-of-stock items, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange the next steps.
●Please make the payment only after receiving remittance instructions. Do not transfer funds in advance. Bank transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility.
