If you are non-R.O.C. national who already has an IKEA Family Card but have not linked your card to the IKEA APP Shopping account yet, please contact our customer service team at onsales@IKEA.com.tw . Our co-workers will assist you with the account-linking process.

    If you are not an IKEA Family member
    (1) Please sign up for an IKEA Family membership first If you are R.O.C. national, please use our online application system, or alternatively, visit a nearby IKEA store and apply for an IKEA Family Card on the kiosk.

    If you are non-R.O.C. national and do not have a R.O.C. national ID, please visit IKEA customer service counter in-store. Our service co-workers will assist you with the application process. Thank you.

    (2) Key in your tax ID number and your email.
    (3) You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the mail and set your password.
    (4) After setting your password, you can log-in your IKEA account with verified email and password.

    (1) Become an IKEA For Business member.
    (2) Click “log-in/register”.

    若你選擇註冊 APP 購物帳戶,或使用既有帳戶登入,系統將會在你再次消費時,自動為你帶入地址等相關資訊,節省你購物的時間。
    You can shop on APP Shopping without an account and still enjoy all the same rights. If you choose to sign up for an account on APP Shopping, or log in your existing account, the system will automatically load your information (e.g. address, etc.) to save your time!
  • How to create my shopping list?
    Please follow the steps below to create your shopping list:
    (1) Choose products and click “Add to cart”.
    (2) Click “Begin Checkout”, enter to shopping cart page.
    (3) Click “Save shopping list” under the Delivery service section.
    (4) You can directly send it to you email. Or log-in/register for an IKEA APP Shopping account to save your shopping list.
    Please note: If you have future reference of shopping list, it’s suggested to save it to your IKEA APP Shopping account.

  • How do I check the stock availability while shopping online?
    On the IKEA product pages, “Stock Check” shows stock availability at each store for your reference. In general, if there is a yellow “Add to shopping cart” button on the product page, there would be enough stock available for APP Shopping. However, the exact quantity available is subject to the system update at the time of your payment.

    (1) Enterprise Card members who make a single order on the IKEA App for over TWD$50,000 are eligible to receive a product voucher worth $3,000.
    (2) Enterprise Card members can enjoy free basic shipping on a single order on the IKEA App for over $20,000, which will be replaced with a product voucher. The voucher will be sent by registered mail within fourteen working days after the shipment is completed, and can be used for payment at any physical store. Starting from April 11, 2023, orders will be replaced with electronic product vouchers for IKEA App use only, and will be sent to the eligible order's email inbox in the middle of the following month after the order is completed, which can be used to offset the purchase amount of products in the IKEA App.

    Each discount code can only apply to an order. Please refer to each activity announcement for the limitation of discount codes. If the redemption quantity exceeds, you can’t use the code anymore.

    You can apply for instalment if your purchase is $20,000 NTD or more after the application of Discount Code. Instalment is not available for purchases less than $20,000 NTD after discount.

    如需辦理退換貨時,則參照 IKEA APP 購物現有條款辦理。

    部份退貨時,退款金額將依據使用折扣代碼的比例進行攤提。舉例說明:針對滿千折百之折扣活動,原訂單金額為 $2,000,訂單內包含A商品$1,500以及 B 商品 $500,使用折扣代碼後實際付款金額為 $1,900,若顧客欲進行 A 商品之部份退貨,實際退款金額為 $1,425;若顧客欲進行B商品之部份退貨,實際退款金額為 $475,依此類推。
    If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the current rules of IKEA APP Shopping.

    If you are returning or exchanging part of your purchase, the refund will be discounted in proportion. For example: with a “$100 off every $1,000” promotion, the original purchase totaled $2,000, including product A $1,500 and product B $500, and the actual payment was $1,900 with the Discount Code. If the customer returns product A, the refund will be $1,425. If the customer returns product B, the refund will be $475.
  • 如果我在購買後,發現沒有輸入折扣代碼,請問我該怎麼做?
    What if I forgot to use the Discount code after my purchase?
    如於訂購完成後才發現未使用折扣代碼,則無法再進行修改,需重新訂購,於購物車結帳時輸入折扣代碼。

    A Discount Code applies only to purchase totals. Each order allows one Discount Code only.

    A Discount Code cannot be used with other promotions, like group promos, member benefits, etc. The discounted amount will not be included in the total payment amount on the invoice.

    As long as your card is Master, Visa or JCB card, you can feel free using it in IKEA.
  • APP 購物是否有額度限制?
    Is there any limitation on the amount for APP Shopping?
    除了你個人的信用額度以外,基於安全理由,APP 購物每筆交易之最高額度為新台幣 $200,000。若你的單筆刷卡金額超過新台幣 $200,000,你將無法成功完成付款,交易畫面將顯示為付款失敗;若你有超過新台幣 $200,000 以上之採購需求,請與我方客服人員聯繫 (412-8869 #1),客服人員將會協助你完成訂單。
    另外, 依據託運限制,超商取貨每筆交易限制為新台幣 $19,999;若購買金額超過 $19,999,請改由運送到府出貨方式。
    Other than your own credit limit, for safety reasons, the highest amount for each APP Shopping order is $200,000 TWD. If your credit card payment exceeds $200,000 TWD in one single order, the transaction will not complete and you will see an error notice on the transaction page. If your order is over $200,000 TWD, please contact our Customer Service agents at 412-8869 #1 to receive further assistance.
    In addition, according to the consignment restrictions, the 7-ELEVEN/FamilyMart parcel Pick-up Service is limited to NT$19,999 per transaction; if the purchase amount exceeds $19,999, please change to the delivery service method.

    請你向持卡行確認你的信用卡額度,若額度不足,你可向持卡行要求放寬「網路單筆消費額度」。
    IKEA APP 購物的信用卡付款方式採 3D 驗證機制,若刷卡失敗,請確認以下幾點:
    (1) 信用卡發卡銀行是否提供 3D 驗證服務。
    (2) 你的信用卡的聯絡電話是否仍在使用。(你的發卡銀行會用簡訊發一次性驗證密碼到你的手機號碼)
    (3) 你的手機是否可接收商業簡訊。
    (4) 你的手機是否安裝過濾來電軟體或有黑名單過濾功能。
    (5) 你的手機是否有足夠的儲存空間可接收簡訊。
    (6) 若人在國外,請確認你的信用卡的聯絡電話可接收國際漫遊簡訊。

    Please confirm the credit limit with your credit card issuing bank. If the credit limit is insufficient, you can ask the issuing bank to increase your credit limit for a single online payment.
    We run 3D secure process during online payment, please ensure:
    (1) Your credit card issuing bank provide 3D secure service.
    (2) Your phone number registered for credit card remain valid (your credit card issuing bank will text message you an one-time password (OTP) for validation).
    (3) Your phone accepts text message for business.
    (4) Your phone doesn’t have software blocking text message.
    (5) Your phone has enough storage to receive text message.
    (6) You can receive text message via phone number registered for credit card if you are travelling aboard.
    If 3D secure process continues to fail, restart your phone and check your Internet connectivity or contact your credit card issuing bank.

  • 如何選擇運送和組裝服務時間?
    How should I choose the time for delivery and Assembly service?
    在一般情況下,便利箱宅配商品將在訂單完成後 5 個工作天內完成運送;如選擇貨運配送(加購組裝)/貨運配送(無須組裝),顧客皆可從系統中選擇合適的送貨日期及時段;門市/取貨中心於訂單完成後7個工作日內送達門市/取貨中心,超商取貨於訂單完成後5個工作日送達超商門市。請以簡訊通知為主。
    Under normal circumstances, the convenience box home delivery products will be delivered within 5 working days after the order is completed; if you choose freight delivery (additional purchase and assembly) / freight delivery (no assembly required), customers can choose the appropriate delivery from the system Date and time slot: store/pickup center will deliver to the store/pickup center 7 working days after the order is completed, and supermarket pick-up will be delivered to the supermarket store 5 working days after the order is completed. Please use text messages as the main notification.

    According to the Uniform Invoice Regulations, the original invoice is required to claim any prize. The invoice information provided in the IKEA Online Shopping cloud E-invoice notification email is for reference only and cannot be used for prize redemption. For Cloud Personal E-invoices (B2C, 2-part), IKEA Online Shopping conducts an automated prize check on the 29th of every odd-numbered month, based on the winning numbers announced by the Ministry of Finance (excluding voided invoices).     Step 1: On the FamiPort main menu, select "Print/Inquiry" and then choose "E-invoice".
    Step 2: Select "Print Winning Invoice".
    Step 3: After reading the terms and conditions, click "Agree".
    Step 4: Choose "Manual Entry".
    Step 5: Enter the Merchant Code: D63001.
    Step 6: Enter the following details from the prize notification email:
    Invoice number (2 letters + 8 digits)
    Invoice date (8 digits, no slashes or symbols)
    Random code (4 digits)
    Step 7: Review the result, check the winning invoice, and select “Print Winning Invoice”. Step 8: Bring the printed invoice to a designated Ministry of Finance redemption location to claim your prize.
    Friendly reminders:
    The redemption period starts on the 6th of the month following the prize announcement and lasts for 3 months. Late claims will not be accepted. (For example, for January–February invoices, the redemption period is April 6 to July 5.)
    If your E-invoice is linked to a Mobile Barcode or Citizen Digital Certificate, the Ministry of Finance will notify you directly, and no paper copy of the winning invoice will be sent.

  • Is the"365-day Return Srevice"available for APP Shopping?
    IKEA APP Shopping provides you the rights to return or exchange products within 365 days from date of purchase. Please take notice that the returned product, gifts, parts, packaging, and all appended documents or information are intact as they arrived.
    In case of the following situations, we will cancel your rights to return products:

    (1) Without interfering your inspection of products, your removal of product packaging, banners, tags, tapes, or marks.
    (2) Artificial damage, diminish, or alteration.
    (3) Customized payment upon your request.
    Once the product is open and assembled, it is not returnable, and no Assembly service fees are refundable. All required documents such as the original invoice and a signed Debit Note* shall be returned with the product in question. Otherwise, we may refuse your request for refund.

    *If your invoices states your tax ID number, please also seal the Debit Note with company and legal representative stamps or tax ID stamp.

    For free returns within 14 days, the reverse logistics fees are charged to IKEA (but no fee refunds for services already provided.) For return services after the 14-day period, other than non-refundable service fees, the customer will be responsible for the reverse logistics fees or for returning the products to the IKEA APP Shopping Customer Service Center by their own means.
  • Can I make change to my order after finishing payment?
    After payment for APP Shopping, the order details cannot be changed. For inquiry, please contact our Customer Service co-worker or check it in your IKEA account.
