The light source has a lifetime of approx. 25,000 hours. This corresponds to about 20 years if the lamp is on for 3 hours per day.

The light bulbs are pre-mounted but can be replaced when needed. Available as a spare part. For more information, contact IKEA customer services at your IKEA store or IKEA.com.

The lamp emits 1,600 lumen, which feels as strong as the light from a traditional 100W incandescent bulb.
