The award is based on a 360-degree assessment that provides a comprehensive understanding of the employee experience, covering areas such as employee morale, needs, and engagement. This year, only 97 companies were recognized. In a rapidly changing talent market, IKEA Taiwan has demonstrated strong adaptability through its employer branding and people strategies. Our people have always been the most asset. We will continue to listen and take action to create a workplace where every co-worker can grow, contribute their strengths and move forward together.

IKEA Taiwan continues to certify the "2026 TALENT, in Taiwan - Sustainable Talent Action Alliance" to work together for the sustainable development of talent in Taiwan, creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for all ages.
IKEA Taiwan has been recognized for the third consecutive year as an “Age-Friendly Workplace” for mid- and senior-aged coworkers.
We put people at the center by understanding the needs of coworkers at different life stages. Through job redesign, extended training, and assistive tools, we support each coworker to work with confidence and contribute their strengths. We also encourage cross-generational learning, allowing experience and new ideas to flow naturally in daily collaboration. This reflects IKEA’s spirit of continuous improvement as we work together to build an inclusive workplace for all ages.
DEI Friendly middle-aged Employer Award
The "DEI Top 100 Enterprises for the middle-aged " is a collaboration between Business Weekly and 104 Job Bank, marking the first time in Taiwan that quantitative and qualitative evaluations are used to identify companies that are friendly to middle-aged workers. IKEA Taiwan conducted surveys with middle-aged employees and interviewed their managers. To demonstrated IKEA commitment to diversity and inclusion through initiatives such as job redesign programs for store service employees and providing then the assistive devices.
Best Employer Brand Award for Talent Attraction and Employee Retention
104 Job Bank held its first Employer Brand Awards, focusing on two main aspects: "Talent Attraction," which emphasizes recruitment channels and methods, managing relationships with job seekers, and demonstrating the company's value to employees; and "Employee Retention," which focuses on employee satisfaction, leadership, career development, compensation, and corporate culture and sustainability. Out of 444 participating companies, IKEA Taiwan was among the 46 companies honored with this prestigious award.
