2.Wheelchair loan service At the B1 Customer Service Counter, we offer a free wheelchair loan service for people with disabilities. We also have accessible elevators and accessible toilets to provide a convenient and friendly shopping environment.
Pets in shop Bring your lovely pet to visit the shop! IKEA Taipei City Shop Arena opens arms for pets to come along, but please keep them off the ground. Please bring your own pet travel bag or trolley and keep your pets in when visiting the shop. Pets are not allowed in the B1 Swedish restaurant, B2 Bistro and Swedish food market due to food hygiene regulations.
Important notice: We know pets are family, that’s why IKEA shops welcome you, your family, and family pets (including assistance animals) with open arms! When you bring your family pet to our shop (excluding Swedish restaurant), please carry them in a pet carrier, a pet trolley (calculated by carrier size, excluding frames and wheels) or a pet travel bag no larger than L55 cm x W45 cm x H40 cm, or in a small container, and close securely to prevent wastes or water spilling out. Please keep your lovely pet inside the carrier/trolley/travel bag and avoid exposing the pet's head, tail, or paws. These terms don’t apply to police dogs on duty, guide dogs, or guide dog puppies in training that are accompanied by professional raisers.

365-day return and exchange service Want to change your mind? No problem! Within 365 days, bring your item with the intact condition, have it packed in its original packaging, and the original uniform invoice to the original store for return and exchange service.
IKEA Taipei City Shop Arena doesn’t offer cross store return and exchange service. If there is a need for return and exchange service, please refer to original purchased store for services.
For payment made with a credit card, please bring the credit card and signed payment slip with you. If your uniform invoice had your TAX ID number added, please bring your uniform invoice stamp or the company stamps as well. We are sorry that the above terms and conditions do not apply to the As-Is section, food and customized products. IKEA reserves the right to interpret and modify above terms and conditions.
Delivery and assembly service Most of the IKEA furniture is using flat packaging so that you can carry them home with ease, and at the same time IKEA saves costs with transportation and is able to provide friendly price tags for our customers.
All of our furniture products come with assembly instructions, and some even come with assembling tools for you to easily put the furniture together at home. If you need a hand with the assembly, we also offer delivery and assembly service with our professional installers at reasonable prices! Delivery and assembly service
Parcel delivery service Parcel is self-service. Please bring your parcel to pay at the checkout counter and ask for a shipping slip. Please fill in delivery contact details (name, address, and contact numbers) on the shipping slip and pack your to-be-delivered items at the packing station near the checkout exit. Please ensure the parcel is properly sealed, then bring it and shipping slip to the delivery service counter for service arrangement. The fee of parcel delivery service starts from NT$150. Parcel dimensions are 50 x 50 x 45 cm with a maximum weight limit of 20 kg.
Parcel delivery is limited to Taiwan’s main island (additional fee required for remote and particular areas).
Parcel service does not apply to non-IKEA products, plants, glasses, mirrors, acrylics and other fragile items.
Submit the parcel before 17:00 and enjoy next-day delivery (except for Yilan, Hualien, Taitung and other remote areas).
IKEA shall not assume any compensation claims against product damages in relation to the courier box delivery service. Please pack your items carefully before placing them in the parcel.

With select credit cards, you can enjoy a 12-month interest free instalment payment plan with a single purchase of a total amount of NT$ 30,000 and above, and a 6-month interest free instalment with a single purchase of $20,000 and above.
How to apply for an instalment payment plan? Please bring your purchase to the checkout counter and inform the cashier that you’d like to opt for an instalment payment plan. Exclusively for Citibank, Cathay Bank credit or DBS Bank cards, a single purchase of a total amount of $30,000 and above is eligible for the 12-month interest free instalment payment plan.
