Icing: Stir 250 g icing sugar, 1 egg white and 5 ml lemon juice/vinegar to a smooth, quite thick paste. Apply with a piping bag (can be made out of parchment paper).

The idea is to celebrate festive moments, inviting you to create your own cosy winter fairy tale – with rich chocolates, mulled fruit drink and tasty gingerbread treats in various shapes suitable for this time of the year.
