How to care for your polyester duvet

When we create products from recycled polyester, PET bottles and other sources of polyester get a new life in products like textiles, storage boxes, kitchen fronts and even lamps. This includes extensive testing of the filling, warmth levels and ability to withstand wear. We believe that once you find your favourite duvet, you won’t want to change anytime soon – so for your piece of mind we made sure to use long-lasting and machine washable materials.

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your polyester duvet and keep it feeling and looking fresh. Use a mild detergent and set your washer on delicate cycle at 60°C – a temperature that eliminates dust mites. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners. Polyester duvets can be either air-dried or tumble-dried according to the care instructions. In between washes, air your duvet regularly, if possible, in direct sunlight.
