Please be advised that such personal information may be subject to misuse.
We are actively investigating the matter and have reported it to the relevant authorities. At this stage, our investigation has not established the source of this information.
Regardless of the source, we want to ensure our customers are protected. Scammers may use this type of information to impersonate IKEA or related parties in an attempt to deceive customers into disclosing additional personal or financial information.
To protect your personal information and account security, please remain vigilant:
• Do not click on suspicious or unfamiliar links.
• Do not disclose passwords, verification codes, bank account details or credit card information to anyone.
• If you receive suspicious text messages, emails, instant messages or phone calls, please verify the sender's identity before taking any action.
• Verify any order or account-related information only through IKEA Taiwan's official channels.
