How to Participate
  1. Please open the IKEA LINE digital coupon, or print a paper coupon at the in-store IKEA FAMILY kiosk.
  2. When queuing at the restaurant, collect one 8-piece Swedish meatball main course. At least one additional item must be selected.
  3. At checkout, present a valid personal identification document showing your name, along with the LINE digital coupon or paper coupon, and confirm your IKEA FAMILY membership. After verification, the free redemption will be completed.

* One IKEA FAMILY card corresponds to one personal ID and one purchase receipt. Each member may redeem one free Swedish meatball main course per day.
* Each coupon may be collected and used on the same day only. Each member is limited to one coupon per day.

Q: I was born in the Year of the Horse. Can I visit every day from Lunar New Year Day 1 to Day 6 and redeem a free meatball main course each day?
A: Yes. As long as you are an IKEA FAMILY member, you may redeem once per day throughout the promotion period. Please collect the IKEA LINE digital coupon on the same day of redemption (or print a paper coupon at the in-store IKEA FAMILY kiosk). At checkout, present the meatball main course, one additional selected item, the coupon, and a valid personal ID. After verification, the meatball main course will be redeemed free of charge.

Q: What types of identification documents can be used to show my name?
A: Customers can present a national ID card, IKEA Family Card app, driver’s license, health insurance card, student ID, work ID, or digital versions of these documents to show their name.

Q: My family member was born in the Year of the Horse but is not an IKEA FAMILY member. Can they redeem the offer?
A: Each IKEA FAMILY card is eligible to redeem one Swedish meatball main course per day.
At checkout, please present one IKEA FAMILY card, one personal ID showing the name, and one same-day restaurant purchase receipt to complete the redemption.

Q: I printed a coupon on Lunar New Year Day 1 but did not use it. Can I use it on Day 6 instead?
A: No. Coupons are valid only on the day they are collected (printed) and must be used on the same day.
Unused coupons will be considered forfeited. Please collect a new coupon on the day of redemption during the promotion period.

Q: What should I do if I accidentally deleted my IKEA LINE digital coupon??
A: No worries. Please inform our on-site staff. After system verification confirming accidental deletion, our staff will assist you with the redemption.

IKEA BUSINESS members are not eligible for this promotion.The redemption period is from February 17 to February 22, 2026 (the 1st to 6th day of Lunar New Year).During the promotion period, each member is entitled to redeem one item per card per day. Redemption vouchers must be printed and used on the same day only.

  • This offer is valid for dine-in only. Takeaway service is not available. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, change, or combined with other promotions.
