Diaper Changing Table Buyback Service Guidelines

• This is an exclusive offer for IKEA Family members at Hsin Chuang store and is applicable only to diaper changing tables purchased at this specific store. Please show your IKEA Family card during purchase.
• You can apply for the buyback service within six months to one year from the date of your diaper changing table purchase.
• When processing the buyback service, you need to provide your contact information, three photos of the product from different angles, and your purchase details. Email these to our customer service inbox at serviceHCS@IKEA.com.tw. We will respond to your application within five business days.
• The diaper changing table to be bought back will be inspected by our in-store maintenance department to ensure its functionality and check for any deformities, damage, or contamination. If the product is no longer usable or doesn't match the original product photos provided, we regret that we cannot proceed with the buyback.
• The diaper changing table to be bought back must be a regularly priced item (AS-IS items are excluded). If you don't have the original purchase invoice details or any documents showing your purchase history, you won't be able to apply for the buyback service.
• You will receive 30% of the original purchase price as the buyback amount, and this amount will be credited to a refund card, following the applicable rules.
• Once your application is approved, you will need to bring the product back toHsin Chuang store for processing. If you require delivery service, we will provide a quote based on the actual delivery service.
• If you need an invoice with a unified ID, please bring the official stamp or company seal during the process.
• We primarily accept diaper changing tables for buyback based on their detailed product numbers.
