Present your eligible receipt at the 1F Customer Service to receive the delivery box. Please pack your items yourself and bring the box back to the 1F Customer Service for shipping.

Delivery box size: 50×50×40 cm, maximum weight 20 kg. Delivery will be completed within 3–5 working days after order submission.

Fragile items and food are not allowed in the delivery box.

Assembly service is not available for the delivery box service.
