When I designed FAGERBACKEN, I wanted to create an armchair that feels intuitive and almost archetypal in its shape. A modern take on a traditional armchair. The softly rounded shapes and high back give it a relaxed expression that catches the eye, without taking over the room. It’s understated yet distinctive and easy to place – and is a natural fit in many different settings.
