Chiayi Innovation Hub

Industry:Office Space

Floorspace: 145

IKEA worked together with the Chiayi City Government to reimagine a former police station as the Chiayi Innovation Hub — a dynamic workspace for digital nomads and the local community.
Designed across three floors, the space includes an open public lounge for connection and relaxation, a flexible meeting area adaptable for talks and workshops, and a digital nomad office featuring both open workspaces and private rooms equipped with electric height-adjustable desks.
Through smart, human-centered design, IKEA helps transform public spaces into vibrant hubs that support innovation, collaboration, and work-life balance.
