Terms and Conditions

• IKEA Family members must complete the mobile verification process.
• Coupons must be claimed and used by the end of your birthday month. Expired coupons will not be reissued.
• To redeem 50% off your second main dish, present your IKEA Family card and purchase two main dishes priced at NT$119 or above at the Swedish Restaurant. The 50% discount will be applied to the lower-priced main dish. The discount is based on the original price and cannot be combined with member-exclusive prices.
• The 50% off second main dish offer is valid at the Swedish Restaurant in all IKEA stores across Taiwan. Main dishes are served starting at 11:00 AM (daily availability may vary by store’s hot food service hours).
• The $100 in-store product coupon is valid at staffed checkout counters upon presentation of a valid IKEA Family card and may be redeemed with a single transaction exceeding $200 on home furnishing purchases or at the Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, or Bistro.
• The $100 in-store product coupon may be used once only. The discounted amount will not be included in the total invoice amount. The voucher value will be proportionally allocated across all items listed on the invoice.
• Refunds or exchanges are not available for restaurant purchases. For home furnishing products, returns and exchanges will be processed based on the prorated amounts shown on the invoice.
• The coupon cannot be combined with other coupons (including discount vouchers, regardless of their naming), promotional offers, discounted items, IKEA Family price, or employee discounts.
• How to claim your voucher: For physical voucher, print it at the IKEA Family computer kiosk in-store. For digital voucher, add " IKEA LINE Official Account", link your IKEA Family card and claim your voucher. Choose either a physical or digital voucher, as only one can be redeemed.
• To redeem the birthday voucher, present your IKEA Family card and the voucher (physical or digital). Each member is eligible for one voucher per year. If your birthday information is incorrect, please visit the customer service counter with a valid ID to update your details.
• Lost physical vouchers or accidental redemption of digital vouchers will not be reissued.
• IKEA reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion.
