  1. From 24 September 2026 to 11 October 2026, customers who purchase home furnishing products at IKEA stores or through IKEA online shopping with a product value of NT$15,000 or more in a single delivery order can enjoy free delivery, with a maximum delivery fee discount of NT$990 (up to NT$1,000 for Zone B). The online shopping offer is valid from 10:00 AM on 24 September 2026 to 11:59 PM on 11 October 2026.
  2. The minimum purchase amount is calculated based on the net product value, excluding discounts from coupons, product vouchers or other promotional offers, as well as delivery, assembly and other service fees.
  3. This offer is not applicable to As-Is products or non-IKEA products.
  4. Free delivery does not include additional floor delivery charges. Please refer to the IKEA website or contact our in-store co-workers for details of delivery service charges.
  5. Before delivery is completed, if customers need to change the order, the original order must be cancelled and a new order placed. If the promotion period has ended at the time of reordering, the free delivery offer will no longer apply. After delivery is completed, if a return or exchange causes the product value of the original order to fall below the NT$15,000 free delivery threshold, the customer will be required to pay the original delivery service fee.
  6. This offer applies to in-stock products only. If any product is out of stock, IKEA reserves the right to cancel the product or order and issue a refund. The original free delivery offer cannot be reserved or reapplied to a new order.
  7. This offer cannot be combined with any other delivery service promotions.
  8. Any matters not specified herein will be subject to IKEA’s current delivery service guidelines and applicable shopping terms and conditions.
  9. IKEA reserves the right to interpret, amend, suspend or terminate this promotion.
