Event Guidelines
  • Only comments that meet the participation rules under the designated IKEA Yilan Threads post during the event period will be eligible for the prize draw.
  • Comments made outside the specified post or time frame will not qualify.
  • Photos submitted for this event must be original works personally taken by the participant at the IKEA Yilan Pop-Up Store or display area on 1F of Luna Plaza, Yilan. Participants are strictly prohibited from using stolen images, previously taken photos, impersonated content, or any materials that belong to others or have been altered in any form. If the organizer discovers during review or winner announcement that the submitted photo does not comply with these requirements, the participant’s entry and prize eligibility will be cancelled without prior notice.
  • To ensure fairness, each account may enter only once. Multiple entries or duplicate accounts will be disqualified.
  • Participants must use their own social media account to join and claim prizes.
  • Any account found to be fake or misused will forfeit eligibility without replacement.
  • This event is open only to residents of Taiwan. Photos must be taken at the IKEA Yilan Pop-Up Store or display area on the 1st floor of Luna Plaza.
  • A single lucky draw will be held after the event period.
  • Three (3) winners will each receive a DYVLINGE swivel lounge chair (color assigned randomly).
  • Winners must be IKEA Family members with verified mobile numbers to claim the prize.
  • Winners will be announced on Dec 22, 2025 (Mon) under the official IKEA Yilan Threads activity post and on this event page.
  • Participants who engage in unfair practices—such as using others’ accounts, duplicating content, or creating multiple entries—may have their eligibility revoked without notice.
  • All event schedules are based on the organizer’s backend records.
  • IKEA is not responsible for any lost, incomplete, or invalid data submissions caused by computer, internet, or technical issues beyond our control.
  • In the event of natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances, IKEA reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event.
  • Participants found using malicious software or methods that disrupt the normal operation of the event will have their eligibility canceled immediately, and prizes may be reclaimed.
  • IKEA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or substitute prizes of equivalent value without prior notice.
  • Any updates will be announced on the official IKEA Yilan social platform.
  • Employees of IKEA Taiwan and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.


Prize Redemption Instructions
  • Winners must email the required information (full name, phone number, IKEA Family membership number, and event photo) to the organizer at huhuan@ikea.com.tw
     by December 28, 2025 (Sun).
    Failure to submit the required information by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture of the prize without replacement. The organizer will verify the winner’s IKEA Family membership status. If the winner is not yet a member, they may apply on-site; refusal to join will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.
  • Winners must collect their prizes in person at the IKEA Yilan Pop-Up Store within the designated period. A valid ID must be presented for verification, and winners must complete and submit the prize receipt form on-site, including a copy of their ID and all required information. Failure to complete these procedures will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.
  • In accordance with Taiwan tax regulations, if the prize value exceeds NT$1,000, winners who are ROC nationals must provide a copy of their ID for tax reporting purposes, and the prize value will be included in their annual consolidated income tax declaration.
    For prizes exceeding NT$20,000, winners are required by law to prepay a 10% withholding tax before claiming the prize.
  • If a winner is a minor, their legal guardian must provide consent and claim the prize on their behalf. Copies of both the minor’s and the legal guardian’s ID (front and back) must be submitted, along with a signed or stamped consent document. Failure to provide complete or accurate documentation will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.
  • The actual prize provided is subject to the organizer’s final decision. Prizes may not be exchanged, altered, or redeemed for cash.
