This activity is only applicable to IKEA Family members who have joined the IKEA LINE official account to upgrade to a digital IKEA Family card, and for purchases made at IKEA stores across Taiwan, including the Taipei Arena Store, Hsinchu Pick-up and Order Point, and Chiayi City Store (only receipts from IKEA purchases are eligible; receipts from RT-Mart are not eligible for the points collection activity), as well as receipts for online shopping transactions.
Each member is limited to redeeming one of each type of gift. The quantity is limited, and once gifts run out, they are no longer available. The company reserves the right to replace gifts with equivalent items.
Please ensure you present your IKEA Family card when making a purchase. Points for retroactively registered purchases will be distributed within one month after the registration.
Points will be automatically calculated and distributed by the system, and you can view them in the IKEA LINE official account two days after the purchase. If the purchase date and the retroactive registration date for the invoice result in the points distribution date exceeding the redemption period for promotional gifts, redemption will not be available.
To redeem gifts, please click on the "Redeem Gifts" page in the IKEA LINE official account’s "My Points" section, select the gift you wish to redeem, and successfully receive a redemption coupon. Then, bring your digital IKEA Family card to the customer service counter at any IKEA store in Taiwan, including the Hsinchu Pick-up and Order Point and Chiayi City Store, to redeem.
For example: If you spend NT$600 at the store on 4/23, you can view the 600 points on the IKEA LINE official account on 4/25. Then if you spend NT$1000 at the store on 4/25, you will see an additional 1000 points on the IKEA LINE account on 4/27, making the total points 1600. You can then redeem the gift voucher in the "Redeem Gifts" section after 2pm on 4/27 and claim your gift at the store.
In the case of returns, points will be calculated negatively. If the return amount exceeds the original purchase amount, making the total purchase less than NT$1, no points will be awarded.
For online shopping, the points will be credited two days after the invoice date, based on the shipment date. After your order is picked up or delivered, you can check your credited points in the IKEA LINE official account two days later. For example: If you make an online purchase of NT$1,200 on 4/23 with delivery on 4/30, the invoice will be issued on 4/29 and the points will be credited on 5/1. Different delivery methods may result in different invoice issuance dates. For online purchases, point accumulation and redemption are based on the invoice issuance date.
The personal information you provide, such as your name and phone number, when binding your account, is considered as your consent to participate in the activity and to allow IKEA to use it for marketing notifications. Activity-related information and points earned from purchases will be sent through the IKEA LINE official account. Please ensure that you join the IKEA LINE friends list and upgrade your IKEA Family card.
Do not bind more than two LINE friend accounts to the same IKEA Family account, as this may prevent you from checking your points, resulting in the loss of rights and benefits. If the account is transferred or bound incorrectly, points or membership rights will be lost, and no points or gifts will be reissued. If your personal information changes or if the binding process is incomplete, you will not be eligible for the activity-related rights and benefits, and points and gifts will not be reissued.
When redeeming, please bring the mobile phone bound to your account and show the redemption voucher screen. The staff will scan the barcode and provide the gift or discount. Any issues arising from improper redemption interface use, resulting in invalid points or gifts, will not be reissued. If a customer returns or exchanges an item, causing them to no longer meet the required spending threshold for the activity, they must return the redeemed gift. To protect personal information and prevent improper use, the IKEA Family card is for personal use only. It cannot be lent, transferred, or used by third parties.
IKEA reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend the activity. Detailed rules are subject to announcements on the IKEA official website. Any unaddressed matters will be supplemented by IKEA at any time.
