How it works
· Step 1: Please fill in the application form online.
· Step 2: IKEA co-workers will check the product condition by picture and the description you filled in to confirm if it meets the buyback standard, and further contact you for the appointment reservation.
· Step 3: Once the request is confirmed, please bring your second-hand product to the desk of return and exchange.
· Step 4: Once IKEA co-workers confirm the product is returnable on spot, they will refund the partial amount of the product price to you by the refund card and issue the receipt.
· Step 5: Once the buyback product is repaired by our co-workers, we will resell it in the separate AS-IS area.
