Members: returning unopened IKEA products 

IKEA Family/ IKEA for Business members can return unopened IKEA products within 365 days, for a full refund. ​It’s best to bring your original purchase invoice – but if you can’t find it, we’ll help you locate your transaction record.
 

Members: returning opened IKEA products 

IKEA Family/ IKEA for Business members can return opened products within 365 days -- even if they have been assembled, as long as there are signs of use. A full refund will be issued via refund card.

Non-members 

You can return unopened IKEA products within 60 days for a full refund with your original purchase invoice.
 

IKEA products that can’t be returned 

Unless faulty, we are unable to offer refunds or exchange for the products in As-Is section ,custom made products, food or drinks.

During the 365-day trial sleep guarantee period, if you feel that the mattress is too hard or too soft, you can rest assured to come back and change the style. During the 100-day sleep trial period, you can confidently return to exchange the selected pillow model. Simply bring your pillow and the receipt to the customer service desk at the IKEA store where you made the purchase to arrange an exchange or refund. Online shopping customers can visit the nearest store (excluding city stores and pick-up points) to process the exchange or refund.

  • For online purchases, please log in with your IKEA Family or IKEA Business account first.
  • For in-store purchases, please bring the items you wish to purchase to the checkout area, present your IKEA Family or IKEA Business ID, and inform the cashier that you would like to use the installment payment service.
  • Please inform the coworkers that you would like to use the pay by instalment service. Enjoy interest-free instalments: 3 months on purchases of $5,000 or more; 3 or 6 months on purchases of $10,000 or more; and 3, 6 or 12 months on purchases of $20,000 or more.

Missing parts after taking your furniture apart or can’t find the parts after moving to a new home?

You can download the assembly manual on the IKEA website, note down the part number, and pick up what you need at our self-service spare part wall located next to the customer service counter in the store. Alternatively, email your inquiry to us at iservice@IKEA.com.tw and we will assist you as soon as possible.

We know pets are family, that’s why IKEA stores welcome you, your family, and family pets (including assistance animals) with open arms! Please carry your family pet in a pet travel bag or a pet trolley, and close securely to prevent wastes or water spilling out. Please keep your lovely pet inside the travel bag/trolley without head, tail or paws sticking out of the bag/trolley.。
