We will contact you via email to confirm articles needed, total order amount, delivery schedule and shipping address within two business days (excluding weekends) upon receiving your order requests.
Please be reminded that for return and exchange service, please pack your items—without being unpacked or assembled—back into their original packaging and bring them back to the store with invoice and within 365 days. We will process the exchange or refund accordingly.

Business Premises Interior Design Service
Do you need us to plan and furnish your business premises?
All you need to do is to pay a reasonable fee, and our technicians will measure your place on site and plan the most suitable furnishing for your business premises.
IKEA for Business service hours: Monday to Sunday 10:00-20:00
*Turn left once enter the first floor to reach the IKEA for Business service counter
Design fee: $1000/ping. Design fee will be refund upon full consumption.
Limited for sites over 15 ping，The design fee is based on the actual size and location of the site to be planned.
Payment method: Ｏnly accept payment by bank transfer．
The design service fee $3000 and the travel expense are required before the measuring service, and the remaining design fee is required after the measuring service.
What you will receive: A PDF file of furniture layout plan (with dimensions), a 2D elevation plan with partial walls (with dimensions for sites under 35 ping), a quotation sheet, and a list of products to be used

2. What’s included in the IKEA interior design service?
IKEA does not offer construction or renovation services such as electrical, piping, plasterwork, woodwork, partitioning, flooring, tiling, painting or wallpapering works.
4. How long does it take for IKEA to plan the design?
Depending on the space, if it’s within 50 ping, we will submit the plan within 10 business days upon receiving payment. If it’s larger than 50 ping, the lead time is 15 days.
5. Is there a 0% interest instalment if paid by credit card?
With a single purchase of $30,000, enjoy a 12-month interest free instalment when paying with credit cards issued by Citibank or Cathay.
With a single purchase of $20,000, enjoy a 6-month interest free instalment when paying with credit cards issued by Cathay, CTBC, Taipei Fubon, Taishin, Citibank, E. Sun and HSBC.
