We offer below order methods:

Once we receive your order request, we will confirm your selected items, total amount, delivery time, and location via within three business days (excluding holidays).
Important notices:
- Please note that business orders are not mail-order services and do not include a 7-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 60 days (365 days for IKEA FAMILY and IKEA for Business member) by bringing the complete product (including original packaging), receipt, and details to the IKEA Taichung Store's second-floor customer service desk.
- For those requiring an official invoice with a company tax ID, please bring the company stamp or authorized seal.
- In case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you to confirm whether to wait for the stock or cancel the unavailable items.
- Payments should be made to the specified account upon receiving the payment confirmation notice.
