All of our mattresses can be used immediately, but keep in mind that a packaged mattress only regains its full shape and comfort after approximately 72 hours. Your body also needs a couple of weeks to adapt to the new mattress.

Sometimes the mattress has a noticeable smell when you open the packaging. The smell isn’t harmful or toxic and disappears over time. Airing and vacuuming the mattress helps to eliminate the smell faster.

Use it properly to prolong the lifespan of your mattress.

  • Complement the mattress with a mattress topper that is easy to remove and keep clean, making your mattress last longer.
  • Flip your mattress regularly to even out the wear. If your mattress can be used on both sides, you should flip it over every two months; while for one-sided mattress, you can rotate head to tail every two months.
  • Vacuuming the mattress helps to remove dust and mites. If accidentally stained, wipe clean with a cloth using a little cold water and mild detergent. Do not use water or detergent to soak the mattress. Avoid using chemical compounds to clean the mattress.
