  1. How to Use the Voucher:
    Tsann Kuen members must first apply to become an IKEA Family member. Present the voucher at any IKEA Taipei store, and with a single purchase of NT$599 or more, Tsann Kuen members can redeem the gift, available while supplies last.​ ​

    At the customer service counters of IKEA Taipei stores (XinChuang, NeiHu, XinDian, Taipei City Shop-Arena).

  • This event is limited to IKEA Xin Chuang Store, Xindian Store, Neihu Store, and Taipei City Shop-Arena. 
  • The gifts can only be redeemed by IKEA Family members. During the event, each member can only redeem one gift and can't be accumulated. The quantity is limited and while supplies last.
  • This activity applies to home furnishing products, IKEA Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, Bistro, AS-IS areas, in-store non-IKEA own brand products (such as 3M), but does not include service consumption (shipping costs, assembly/installation, etc.), IKEA gift cards, online shopping, etc.
  • The gifts are based on the actual items on site, and the company has the right to replace the gifts. 
  • Paper vouchers that have exceeded the expiry date, not marked with the expiry date, truncated, altered, counterfeited or photocopied will be deemed invalid. If the voucher is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be reissued. Invoices at Tsann Kuen's 15 partner stores can't replace the vouchers during the event period.​ 
  • If the invoice product(s) purchased using the paper voucher no longer reach the activity spending threshold due to product returns, the gift needs to be returned, please go to the original purchase store within 365 days from the date of purchase.nbsp;
  • The company reserves the right to modify, change or suspend the event.

  • IKEA Family members who newly apply for Tsann Kuen membership and meet the conditions will be given Tsann Kuen K-coins that will be transferred to the member's account before the end of the next month after the event ends. The effective period is 3 months from the date of transfer (please download the Tsann Kuen APP, the effective period will be displayed on the APP screen). After the expiration date, it will become invalid. 1 Tsann Kuen K-Coin can be used to discount NT$1. The usage restrictions and discount rules are subject to Tsann Kuen physical store membership terms and the latest announcement.
  • IKEA Family members who newly apply for Tsann Kuen membership will receive additional membership gifts. The amount of the full spending will be determined based on the actual invoice amount. The spending amount for purchasing delivery coupons/APPLE/Xiaomi full series of products will not be included in the calculation, and will not be calculated cumulatively. The above-mentioned gifts can only be redeemed once within the scope of a spending invoice; the color and model of the Tsann Kuen gifts are based on the actual products provided by Tsann Kuen. The gifts can't be specified in style or be exchanged for other products or replaced with cash. 
  • Tsann Kuen and IKEA Taipei Stores reserve the right to modify, change or suspend the activities.
