IKEA Hsin Chuang is partnering with the New Taipei City Government Animal Protection and Health Inspection Office to host Pet Adoption Day, inviting you to help find loving homes for stray animals. "Adopt with love, commit for life."

Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Event Highlights

Several adoptable dogs and cats from the New Taipei City Government Animal Protection and Health Inspection Office will be present. Come interact with them, get to know their stories, and maybe become their forever home.

The first 10 people to complete an adoption will receive an exclusive gift bag co-created by IKEA and the New Taipei City Government Animal Protection and Health Inspection Office. (One per person, limited quantity available.)

Pet Entry Guidelines

IKEA HsinChuang welcomes customers to visit with their pets!
To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, please kindly follow these guidelines:

  • Pets must be kept inside a fully enclosed pet carrier, stroller, or backpack at all times.
    Please make sure your pet’s head, tail, and limbs remain inside the carrier and that pets do not walk on the floor.

  • Pet carriers should be secure and leak-proof, with no risk of waste or liquid leakage.

  • For food safety reasons, pets are not allowed in dining areas, including the 3F Swedish Restaurant, 1F Bistro, and Swedish Food Market.

  • Guide dogs, police dogs, and guide dog trainees performing their duties are exempt from these restrictions.

  • IKEA reserves the right to interpret and amend the above guidelines as needed.
