  • This activity is only applicable to IKEA Family members who join the IKEA LINE official account to upgrade to a digital IKEA Family card. 
  • The personal information provided by the member, such as name, mobile phone number, etc. bound to the account, is deemed to agree to participate in the activity and agree to IKEA's use of marketing activity notifications. 
  • Activity-related information and consumption points will be released through the IKEA LINE official account. Please be sure to join IKEA LINE friends and upgrade your digital IKEA Family card. 
  • The points will be automatically calculated and distributed by the system, and you can check them in IKEA official account 2 days after the purchase. 
  • If the account is switched to another identity for binding during the event period, the points or related membership rights are lost, and the points and gifts will not be reissued.

  • To redeem gifts, please click on the "Redeem Gifts" page in the "points collection" of IKEA LINE's official account to select the gift to be redeemed and receive a redemption coupon, then go to the customer service counter of any of the seven IKEA stores in Taiwan to redeem. 
  • When redeeming, you need to show the mobile phone redemption coupon screen, and the customer service staff will provide the gift after the pickup process. 
  • Due to the self-operation of the exchange interface, the points or gifts are invalid, and no replacement points and gifts will be given. 
  • Gifts on each tier can only be redeemed once, while stocks last. 
  • Please collect points and redeem gifts within the specified time. It will expire after the expiration date.
