fax Service, Easy Order

If you like any specific item in the store but unavailable to come back for orders, now, You may use our Fax Order Service. We specially provide this offer for IKEA's customers in central and south Taiwan. Simply choose the item, fax the Fax Order Form, and pay bills by credit card or telegraphic transfer (T/T), we will provide order service for you.

	Note
1.	Please confirm the product name, measurement, and color in our stores. For fabric product, please be sure to identify the product name.
2.	Fill the product name to be ordered into the IKEA Fax order Form.
3.	Fax to our Fax Line 24 hours available at (02)2276-1809
4.	After receiving such form, we will confirm with you for the ordered product, price, payment term, delivery time, and location within two days.
5.	After your payment is confirmed, Please allow us to handle your order within 5 working days.
6.	This order is not Mail Order, thus no 7 day's hesitation is available. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, IKEA offers a 30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee. Just bring your item back unassembled within 30 days (see the invoice for details).
7.	Fragile Product, such as glass, china and the display items in store are not available for delivery.
8.	If the exactly order of the total amount is less than Taiwan dollar of $5,000, it will be unable supply this fax order service, however, you may please go to purchase in the retail sales nearby.
